The service was excellent and done right. Very pleased with keeping contact. Wish it would have been done quicker but that is not their fault. Very pleased with them. Hope to never have to use them again but if I will go to them should something happen or recommend them.

The service was exceptional! Shannon reached out to me to get scheduled before I even had to call. She was so detailed, pleasant and communicative! Saul was amazing! He called twice a week to provide me a detailed status on my car. The body work and paint job was of the highest quality. My car looks brand new again! Highly recommend this shop!

The lack of communication, time to repair and quality of paint job on rear door are reasons I probably would not recommend taking a vehicle here. This car is a company car, so my company paid for the rental. If I had paid out of pocket, I would have been very unhappy.

Repair took a week longer because there were 2 separate claims on the same vehicle approved and you only did one. The other took an extra week. Also really poor quality paint job. I didn’t notice it until a few days later when the car was in the sun. There are paint drip streaks on the rear door (the second claim was the driver door but you repainted both doors). The rear bumper repair looks to be good work.

I am rating a 5 for friendliness. However there was limited communication regarding the repair status. Enterprise Leasing could not get an email response from MAACO so I had to call (twice).
