That facility is full of scammer, and they lie. But overall, my paint job is nice they just have poor communication skills.

They have poor communication skills with each other and clients . Instead of communicating with me before they painted over the dent in my car, they just painted over the dent in my car. Then told me it cost more to get the dent out and repaint. Karina receptionist she is Spanish with long curly black hair. If it is not documented, do not believe the words that come out of her mouth she speaks really fast and gives out information really fast without thinking it through. She will also play in your face.

Several issues arose with the vehicle’s paint job and the manager was unpleasant. My day to day contact person (Anderson) had great customer service, however the manager was combative in resolving issues that i had with the paint job.
