Brought my company car in for a cracked grill. I was quoted two weeks. No parts were ordered ahead of time. My car sat for two weeks. I was not informed there was any issue with the original estimate of time. I had to call maaco to ask about the status. This then became a repeated cycle where I wasn’t informed it was going to take longer due to the parts not being ordered. This cycle repeated numerous times lasting 2 months. I wouldn’t have been as upset if maaco called me to keep me up to date on the info. My company provides me with a list of repair places, and going forward there is no chance I will choose this location.

No communication whatsoever. I repeatedly had to call on the days that I was told my car would be ready. It got to a point where I would call expecting them to push it back and I would then ask what is your new fake date it’ll be ready.
