Everything was so smooth I went in I talked Juanita she told me who I needed to speak with she helped me filled out my paper she was oh so nice and very helpful. I received a estimate I send it to insurance company and that was the last thing I had to to do . Mysti Stanley took over she handle everything talking with insurance letting they know about the extra charges.She stayed in contact with me . Then I got the call my jeep was ready . I was concerned about dropping the rental off I didn't have anyone with me Mysti informed me I could leave rental with her and she will notify enterprise. This was a blessed experience so thank you Mysti and Juanita you 2 ladies are the best Mac Haik are lucky to have you ladies . And a big thank to Mac Haik body shop you all did a great job and was fast everything and everyone get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After I paid for the repairs your system was saying I didn’t pay and caused me to be late for work. After having to call my bank and your accountant department Misty finally got it handled after being told several times that the charge didn’t go through very fustrating

First my plate was given to another customer, I had to wait until they returned it Next, my blindspot sensor was removed and given to another customer so now I still have to wait for them to return with the part. Once they return their car, I must return my vehicle. Then I wait until my vehicle is ready. I know you guys are busy and I love the work you do but this time it was a lot. This car was my husband's baby and he brought it to you for everything and we continued the tradition, but this is a mess.
