Mac Haik service employees consistently promise to call then do not. You will always have to contact them after not hearing. Then during the conversation they will again promise to contact in a time frame but not do so; this is infuriating.

Car looks like nothing happened and was finished very quickly, however side panel is a bit loose and may be missing glue in one area. No worry though, looking to bring back in to the body shop soon. Cristian and Jerry are great!

The repair to the back tail gate of my car is fine and my representative was great and communicative , but the light to my center console is pushed in and after a day of raining there was a puddle of water in my car and that never has ever happened before.
