Took 3 weeks to get my front bumper repaired when I was told it would be finished by the end of the week. When I went to pick it up on the day they said it was finished there was a service issue so I had to wait another day to receive my vehicle back. Now my brake pads are acting strange and they said it has nothing to do with the wreck, but I still find it strange that I wasn’t having this problem before. Overall, I’m frustrated with the amount of time it took for it to get fixed and that I’m still having issues. I understand everyone is extremely busy and that they needed to wait on parts to come in but I just felt my vehicle was put on the back burner. I honestly don’t see myself returning to get my brake pads fixed at this location because I can’t be without my car any longer.

Repairs executed are all excellent, however, when receiving the car shoe prints were all over in the cabin, cleaning would be a required suggestion

Mac Haik Ford and their collision team were great about getting me and my vehicle taken care of. Robert Rodriguez provided excellent customer service and thoroughly answered my questions. Although it did take me a while to get a loaner vehicle (which was out of Mr. Rodriguez's control) Mr. Rodriguez took time out of his day to keep in touch and follow up regarding any updates. Overall, I would definitely recommend this shop to others, not only did they help restore the beauty of my vehicle within a week but also made me feel confident that I was going to get the care I deserved.
