I have never before not needed to have some aspect of a repair addressed, but the repair job was done professionally the first time and other than a delay from Ford in supplying the needed parts to assemble my truck in a timelier manner, I am 100% satisfied with the job Mack Haik Collision performed and want to say thanks to Chris for all of his help and for keeping me informed throughout the process.

Auto rear door open sensor not working when I picked up vehicle. They couldn’t fix. Has to bring back after part ordered. Still couldn’t fix. Have to bring back and leave for service.
