Unnecessary visit to the dealership specially if the problem is a known software update failure, got us in a crash, that tied up the car for a week. Reserved loaner vehicle with the dealership was refused on the day of pickup, and I’m being told I will not be reimbursed for what I paid out of pocket for an outside rental car. You see? You wouldn’t buy another ford ever again when service quality is this low would you?
