Service Advisor failed to maintain contact until we reached out to upper management. Dealership not fully trained and experienced in EV vehicles. Body shop manager confrontational and unable to solve issues calmly and reasonably. QC of final repairs inadequate. The parts and service direct, Paul is amazing!!

All Mac Haik Body Shops are not the same. Mac Haik at 10333 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77024, is exceptional!!! I live near Victoria, Texas, but drove four hours to Houston because of my positive experiences with Mac Haik Ford, Houston.
