I was very impressed with Isaac and Kaylee. Customer service was top notch. Isaac was on top of the repair progress. He kept me posted as they made progress on my vehicle. The whole process with MacRod was flawless. The best part was when I got to see my car all done and fixed. The mechanics and painters etc did an excellent job. All staff personnel are perfectionists. I was happy to get my SUV back. They not only fixed all the body work, they cleaned my car too. I would highly recommend MacRod Collision to family and friends and anyone I came across that needs collision work.
