Everyone was super helpful, took time to explain the repairs and gave space for me to ask questions. I only wish there had been a little more communication around how long the repairs would take. I dropped my car off first thing Monday morning and got it back two Fridays later. I appreciated the tues/thurs texts, but only received estimated completion times after specifically asking.

I had taken the car to another shop for an estimate and was impressed that Mackin’s did a more thorough initial inspection and listed more details than the first shop. After dropping the car off they made sure to update other small things. They updated how work was flowing and actually completed job sooner than expected. Car looks like it was never in an accident.
