The body work was great; no complaints there. I am partially dissatisfied, because the oil change that I had requested be done while my car was there was not done. I not only checked oil change on the drop off envelope, but also made a follow-up phone call later that morning once the body shop was open to confirm that they saw my request. I was told that yes they did and that it had already been done. Needless to say I was surprised that it had not been done. After picking up my car, I went elsewhere to have an oil change (somewhere without a 45 min wait).

working together with Scott was a pleasant experience. We wanted our car to be ready before we started our travels so we could store it in our garage. Due to parts which arrived damaged it wasn't However, Scott arranged for the car to be delivered and "stabled" after our departure which we are most grateful for!

Everyone was lovely and professional, but it was very difficult to have such a poor pick up. Had I been local it would have been fine, but the hurdles I had to jump through with Insurance and Rental car (all not Maguire of course) made my almost perfect experience turn bad in the end. Hopeful the car is on now.
