When I first arrived to pick up the car the wheel well grommet alignment was not correct so it had to go back into the shop to be adjusted. That's something that seemed like it should have been not overlooked. It was corrected and now the repair looks complete as it should have before it was turned over to me.

Everyone that helped me was fabulous! Chad was a great listener, polite and made you feel confident about leaving your vehicle with them. Chris Fox was very helpful as well. He made sure that everything was repaired properly and that I was happy with the results before the car left their repair shop. Kenny (the actual repair person) which I didn't get to meet him, is an excellent vehicle repair technician. Very talented and detail oriented in what he does. I would RECOMMEND these GREAT people and their repair shop all day long! They were very courteous and calming and kept me in the loop for the repairs. AWESOME bunch and I THANK them for their expertise! It really shows that they care about the jobs they do, and that the customer and their vehicle are NOT just dollar signs. Many thanks to them all!
