This is the second time you have had to repair my Volvo from an accident. The first time a real Turkey flew into the side of my car damaging my mirror and door jam. The second time a Turkey driving a U-haul truck skimmed the right side on my car causing lots of metal damage. Both times your team did an excellent job in renewing the car.

I felt like communication regarding when the car would be ready could have improved. I felt like I had to chase the operation to find out when I could pick up my car. Overall, things worked out extremely well, though, hence the 9.

When the truck went to the T Burg shop things were terrible said would take 10 days they had it 3 weeks then they sent it to the Ithaca shop to be finished. They had it 2 weeks but they done a good job
