This was a very and experience, myself or my husband had to constantly call and check on the truck, they had a lot of issues that they never called about and the truck sat for almost 2 months without getting worked on. Then when we went to pick it up the paint was chipped on the hood and it had just been done , so it had to be redone. They did a very poor job.

Car was scheduled for four days (Nov. 27-30) but was not returned until December 8. No explanation for delay or proactive communication. Shop had apparently needed to use spare, but put unsecured spare in trunk, with contents of trunk in spare well. Very poor service overall.

The only reason I didn’t give a ten was because I had to call a few times. One of the first times I called I was bounced around a bit, and then it said the mailbox to leave a message was full. When I was actually speaking to people, it was great.

Really please with my experience. Great communication and I was extremely pleased with how friendly and helpful the lady (I forgot her name) was who I spoke with on the phone and received my keys from. Car was even detailed. Excellent service and I’ll be back.
