depends on the department. our salesman was the best! we weren't happy that we brought our car in for a radio problem and they didn't even test it and then said it was normal. also poor communication getting the truck fixed and them blowing fuses and not fizing them. auto shop no sales yes.

communication is poor. never called with an estimate. got our vehicle back with blown fuses. our radio worked when we brought it in and we had no radio or sound when it was finished. upon inspection realized they blew fuses and didn't replace them.
