Great to work with; friendly and knowledgeable. Repair looks great. However, I was disappointed in the communication on the status of my repair. The repairs took much longer than expected, which I realize can happen and was for a reason, but I wasn't updated and had to reach out for status updates multiple times. I would have appreciated being updated when an estimated completion date was coming up and provided a new completion date estimate.

I would like to have been better informed about the status of the repairs, as there were delays in receiving parts for my vehicle, and I wasn't informed about this until I called them. I also had problems with the loner vehicle they provided for me.

The repairs took a little longer because there were some extra parts needed that were not visible. We were very pleased though, as the workmanship on our 2015 Town and Country made it look very close to brand new

We were satisfy with courteous and professional office staff. The work done looked like our car was never damaged. The paint on the replaced part was a little darker than the rest of car. However, we were told they used the color according the VIN number. It looks the same when we see it at a different angles.
