Would be a 10 if someone would have told me the insurance removed fixing the dent in my door caused by the tree branch because the write up wasn’t accurate. Called on it and was told I would get a call Monday (today) to get it in and taken care of and no call.

Throughout the whole repair process, from start to finish, I could not have been more satisfied! They gave me a real sense of relief on how they handled everything. From explaining everything, taking over and dealing with the insurance company, setting up a rental car for me, and quality repairs done well!
