I was originally told it would take 2 days for my vehicle to be done and scheduled it well in advance. I dropped the vehicle off Sunday night so the shop would have it right away on Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, the day I was expecting my vehicle to be ready, I had not heard anything from anyone at Malecha’s regarding my vehicle’s status other than the initial email saying my vehicle had been received. I tried call the shop multiple times on Tuesday to find out whether my vehicle was done, but no one answered. I ultimately had to drive to the shop to find out that it was going to take another day to finish my vehicle. I understand that things happen and extra time may be necessary when working on vehicles, but it was very frustrating to not have anyone communicating the status.
