We discussed having someone update us if additional parts and repairs would be required when we dropped off the vehicle. We did not receive a callback after the inspection on the first day. Unfortunately, we were not told that additional parts were necessary which delayed the repair timeline. We called a week later to inquire why the vehicle was delayed and were then told the repair would require additional parts and time. It would have been helpful to our planning if we had received the initial call as we requested when the plan and timeline changed after the initial inspection.

Malecha's staff was so friendly. They made it so simple to bring my vehicle in, get updates during the repair process and the service was fast. We were able to pick up and drop off our rental there as well. So thankful for Malecha's!
