Everyone was very nice, but no one gave me updates on delayed parts. I would call weekly because they would tell me one date that I would get the vehicle back, but that date would come and go with no communication. I understand the part delays, but just tell me.

I believe my vehicle brakes were damaged along with the auto body damage involved in a car accident. The body was well repaired; however, the damage to the brakes was not assessed thoroughly and I incurred significant expense post body work to have this repaired. Malechas were notified that there was front end noise at the time of the repair that was not resolved. Malechas denied they found damage; however, I believe they overlooked assessing it.
