Mander - Brookfield did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle after an accident. I was initially worried about the damage to my vehicle that wouldn't be as easy to spot. Those concerns were alleviated when their team called me and discussed the issues they found once they began fixing my vehicle. The repair was prompt and done well. Most importantly, though, is the fact that their communication with the insurance company was seamless. Once I dropped off my vehicle, I did not have any further conversations with the insurance company, nor did I need to hand over my Credit Card at any point.

It was excellent communication until the day after we picked up the car,I tried to start the car and the battery was dead I called Mander in the morning and they said they were busy and would get back to me,several hours later I decided to try charging it myself because no one was getting back to me while charging I discovered a light switch was left on and that took care of the problem,meanwhile no call back finally at 6 I received a call from the adjuster at progressive and talked with him and never heard back from Mander.

I was told they would let me know within 24 hrs. how long they would have my car. That did not happen, I called them 48 hrs. later for an update.
