Very poor service at the time of car delivery. In coordination with Interprice, I received two tickets for waiting three hours because I hadn't provided my reservation number. Very poor work; they returned the repaired car without washing it. Very unprofessional.

I feel bad because I have recommended in past and was really happy to but I just didn’t feel like attention to detail there this time

I wasn’t that happy with it honestly. Some pieces are clearly scratched as part of the accident and should’ve been ordered new. Instead they were buffed and still have visible marks. I raised when I picked up and really appreciate the team there trying to buff out further so I know the guys worked hard but some of the pieces are sort of not attached quite right (but very close) and are exhibiting damage. I was disappointed as previous experiences were 10 out of 10.

To every person I encounter now, I definitely brag about the Royale Queen treatment that I received from Manhasset Collision. They go Above & beyond for their customers. I felt like I was cared for like a loved family member. I really needed that support, especially after the Motor vehicle Collision that I encountered.
