Customer service was exceptional-. Everyone in the front office was polite, friendly, and made me feel at ease. They were knowledgeable about insurance coverage, and handed everything quickly. I particularly appreciated the regular updates about how the repair process was progressing and when my vehicle would be ready. One other thing worth mentioning- my vehicle has an unusual paint color, and I mentioned my concern about color matching, and I was reassured that their paint department was would do an excellent job. They were right. It’s perfect. While I am not looking forward to an accident- I do know that Manhasset Collision will make my car look like new. Thank you to the whole team.
