They were always keeping me updated on progress and where they were with my car. They gave me a completion date of the 18th and my car was ready to be picked up on that date. I would totally recommend Mapleview Collision to everyone. The staff are extremely courteous.

They had my car for THREE MONTHS. I was constantly lied to about when my car would be done, the person I talked to, I think his name was Ivan, was extremely rude to me because I was trying to see when my car would be done. I was told my car would be done on Friday, November 4th, 2022 so I showed up there around 1:30pm and my car was sitting, NOT being worked on even though I was told they had all of the parts. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will never be coming back.

Like I said earlier, my wheel had curb rash when I got my truck back, the wheels were new and had no marks on them prior to delivery to your shop.

My passenger side wheel was damaged while in your facility. I had no curb rash on any wheels as they were new, after I got home from your shop I noticed curb rash on my wheel.
