They got paint in my interior. I already saw a paint chip and the edging around the door is not smooth. I would not bring my car back here.

The "repairs" done to the vehicle cause more issues. For example, Mapleview painted the inner door panel door handle. I found a large bolt underneath the drivers seats which appeared to be consistent with that of a bolt used to secured the car seats. Passenger side door was missing a plastic gasket. Blind spot camera was disconnected and never reprogrammed to be serviceable. Paint job has multiple drips spots and sections the painted bubbled.

I could not have been more pleased with; The professionalism displayed by Staff and the weekly (sometimes 2 times a week) follow up call to updates regarding the repair status and parts availability. I have a co-worker who’s insurance sent him elsewhere. Who’s vehicle went in for repairs 1 month before my own, who only gets an update if he physically takes off work and drives over there. Steve (my apologies if I got his name wrong), went above and beyond expectations and it is most appreciated. Needless to say… Mapleview Collision is where I will refer everyone I know, and return to in the future if and when needed. Thank You
