i have purchased 9 Toyotas from MJToytoa and currently own 3, one of which was the 2020 Highlander in fro repairs at the body shop. I have always been pleased and satisfied with the staff, Julie, Mike and most recently Hayden (spelling?) when any my Toyotas have needed body shop repairs and service. i trust the estimates and care i receive form all of them. i would also like to thank LAwrence who stayed late when i picked up my Highlander the afternoon, 4:30, before my scheduled appt the next day. no compalints.

Unfortunately, another car hit my vehicle in a parking lot on October 10th. I had recently purchased my 2025 Camry from Mark Jacobson Toyota and wanted it restored back to it's original condition. I was only a few miles from the Jocobson Body Shop and drove directly to your facility from the accident. I worked with Hayden at your shop who walked me through the process of getting the car fixed as well as an explanation of what needed to be completed/approved by the insurance company. With this information, I was able to quickly get through the entire process so the car could be repaired. From the time the accident occured, to the time I completed the paperwork between the insurance company and the shop, it was one hour. Over the next few weeks, Hayden kept me informed every step of the way regarding getting the parts in for the repairs, until the final day for pick up and inspection of the work that was completed. It's hard to understand how someone could say that a car accident could be an enjoyable experience, but Hayden and the Jacobson Toyota Body Shop Team made the process painless and left me with a high degree of cutomer satisfaction. Jog well done!

Customer service was amazing Haden did a great job in updating us on the status of the vehicle definitely will come back in the future if needed. Only downside is the car was still dirty when received this could have been an oversight since it was raining. Only downside Pickup day.
