I guess it just depends on what that person would need done I mean if you have a brand new car yeah but I definitely would not recommend someone take their car there if it’s an older car

I am completely satisfied with the customer service from Michelle and she was very pleasant to speak to and very respectful the only thing that bothered me is this alleged Worth of my vehicle… I was told The reason they couldn’t repair everything is because they were getting too close to the threshold now I’m not a rocket scientist but my car sells for anywhere from $6000-$8000 in the condition it’s in right now and only $2300 in repairs was done there are still things wrong with my vehicle that I didn’t notice until after I had left the speakers don’t work in my front door anymore the rocker panel wasn’t fixed because of the threshold limit the rear quarter panel wasn’t fixed because of threshold the rear driver side door wasn’t fixed because of the threshold and I’m pretty sure there’s something underneath my car that’s either broken or loose but I’m pretty sure my car wasn’t even driven maybe it was when I stop the steering will shakes there’s just little things that I wish we would’ve all gotten fixed and I understand that you guys can’t fix something if you don’t have the money for it but at the same time Allstate will pay you guys whatever you say and I just feel like the value of my car was extremely extremely undervalued which doesn’t affect anyone but me and this is the second time I’ve been hit by an uninsured driver so I’m the one who has to pay for this I just feel like Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet should do a lot more to increase the threshold for someone who’s in my certain situation because at the end of the day no one‘s losing anything except me you’re not gonna lose anything because Allstate will pay you Whatever you sent them and I just want my car fixed back to the way it was before it was in the accident so my point is I do appreciate the work that was done but of course I’m going to be upset when I did absolutely nothing wrong and here I am the only one getting screwed over
