Was an insurance repair, I was never given a local name for who was overseeing my repair. That was needed whenever I called to check. When my daughter called to collect the car, is hers but in my name, the service guy was nasty about not having that name and put her on hold till she finally hung up and called me to call on it. I had same issue but the person that answered at least helped me locate the car. Never did get a service tech name tho
