Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed several large scratches, gouges, and chipped paint areas on my truck which were not present when I dropped my truck off. Very appalling my vehicle was not treated with care while in possession of the shop which liberty mutual required I bring it. Deep scratch 6” long. 1/2” diameter chip appeared to be from a ratchet or socket.
