They did a descent job, they quoted to replaced the tail light but they just polished instead but charged the same price

Probably not a good idea to get feed back when I came to get my car there were more damage from you. So tomorrow I bring it back again and I’m without a car again for two days. I’m glad you’re taking care of of it though

I would recommend it but tell them with caution. Just wasnt happy this time with how insurance was handled and the license plate bracket. It was almost a week after my car was done that I actually got to pick it up. I got different stories from Martins and from Insurance.

I told them when I dropped off my car that I did not want the front license plate bracket put on because #1, its not required in UT anymore and #2, they don't even give you one anymore. She said she made a note but that the guys also don't usually put them on or will ask her to call the customer to verify. I did not receive a call and the bracket was put on. When I mentioned this to Mike as he was showing me the car, it was kind of just brushed off. No offer to fix it or anything. Not only that, but they put the one that was bent and broken from the accident back on.

More updates would have been nice. Our initial impression was that we’d have the car back in a few days, but it was two weeks and we had very little notice of what was going on. The pick up to get the car was nice though.
