There were 500 miles put on the car from the mileage listing when I dropped it off. I’m not sure if this was a mistake or if someone was driving it. It also took longer than was anticipated. Otherwise - a ten.

The estimator underestimated the extent of the damage and the associated costs (I could tell when she was looking at the damage in the parking lot and then saw the estimate) and the communications during repairs was unsatisfactory. They kept sending emails to my wife's email address, and even when I had them correct it, it was still going to my wife's email instead of mine. I showed up to pick it up one day when they said it would be done, and it wasn't, and I hadn't gotten an email letting me know. We have brought our cars to Martin's for many years, and this is the least satisfactory experience that I have had. The actual work looks good and is up to Martin standards, but the rest wasn't.
