This is the second time I've had to have my bumper fixed. The first time Martin's was fantastic, but this second time was less so. The bumper was perfect, but there were some small scratches on the side panel in connection with where the lady crashed into my car. Martin's had dropped off my car, which I felt was such amazing service, but a few minutes later I discovered the scratches. I called Martin's right away and asked for the men who dropped off my car just minutes before to be called and come back and take my car back in. She told me that she couldn't do that, but I could come back in at any time. I was extremely busy, and was frustrated that she couldn't just call them to get my car.

This will be a mixed review too, because the woman who took your pictures and helped me was so wonderful!! But I was very disappointed with whoever I spoke to, who wouldn't send the drivers back to get my car.
