I was not happy that a “complimentary” inspection was done without my prior knowledge. I don’t want people messing with my car. We take good care of it ourselves. Please ask people if they’d like that done instead of just doing it. I understand it drums up business but I feel like it is overstepping and not completely ethical. There’s a tiny dent in the foot plate on the drivers side of my car that I think may have been caused when they did the inspection, as the repair was done on the passenger side. Not real happy about that.

Final repair great but car had not been properly inspected on first delivery day with gate not closing properly and dash light on and had to remain in shop for several more days to fix .
