I’m completely satisfied with: -the service being completed -communication about what services were done and how it was done -friendly staff -being accurate with estimated time of service completion -communication with rental services [Enterprise] on my behalf I’m unsatisfied with: -lack of communication about the credit card processing fee. Was told the day of instead ahead of time -miscommunication on website of when my car was ready for pickup. Said ready for pickup at 4pm when that’s the time it closes. Glad I was called the day of to update me on actual time my car would be ready and when they close so I could adjust my schedule accordingly Rating 8/10

I didn’t have to worry about anything. After I dropped it off, I was informed about the progress and didn’t need to ask anything. They also do a great job and handle the insurance process.
