I recently brought my vehicle to your facility following a car accident, as it was experiencing overheating issues. I explained the issue to Nate, and he assured me that they would look into it. My mother and I spoke with Nate multiple times while the vehicle was in his care. During those conversations, Nate explained that I would have to pay out of pocket for the fender, even though the fender was damaged as a result of the accident. However, at no point did he inform me that the overheating issue may not be covered or that there were concerns about whether it was related to the accident. When I picked up my vehicle, it immediately began overheating again. Nate stated that the vehicle did not overheat when he test drove it and that he could not determine whether the accident caused the overheating because of prior damage to the vehicle. As I explained to him, the prior damage had never caused the vehicle to overheat. The vehicle was operating properly until the accident. I ultimately took the vehicle to another repair facility, where I was informed that the brand-new radiator is leaking as a result of damage from the accident. This is extremely concerning, especially since I specifically brought the vehicle in and reported the overheating issue. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and with the lack of communication regarding the issue. Based on this experience, I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to this facility. I expected better communication, transparency, and quality of service.
