Elijah was fantastic. He kept me updated on the repairs and went above and beyond to ensure all the parts where delivered on time. Getting your car repaired can be a pain but it is more tolerable when you have people like Elijah taking care of you! 5 star service!

They were between courteous and too assertive. There was a huge difference in payment between insurer and the insurance company. I was caught in the middle of there disagreement, holding my car for another 7 days from the 13th of March to the 20th of March. Creating a lot of inconvenience for me.

The staff at Maryland Collision were cordial and professional. I worked mostly with Nathan and he ensured that all of my questions and concerns were fully addressed. I was updated regularly with the status of my vehicle and the estimated timeframe was accurate to when it was complete. I am more than satisfied with the quality of their work and should I have an issue requiring body work of any kind, Maryland Collision will be my first choice.

The estimate on Feb 23 was $2,400 after an employee took a look at the damage. When I dropped it off on March 23, an employee called me and said the repair was much larger than estimated, so I question the thoroughness of initial estimators

Maybe coordinate a little better on having the vehicle ready. I stopped in to make payment, and said I would be back in 45 minutes to actually pick up the vehicle. When I return 45 minutes later, the representative at the front desk was still confused about where my vehicle was and what other vehicle was blocking it in.
