Perfect experience! Bobby gave me a fair estimate. Said it would take 2.5 weeks. Car was ready in 2.5 weeks. Staff took care of all insurance paperwork. Repairs and paint returned my car to like-new condition. Highly recommended.

Super easy experience. They picked me up from my house. Arrange for rental car. Gave me weekly updates on the progress of the repair and even allowed me to leave the rental car with them when my car was completed.

I’ve been using Masters collision for many years and their service is always astonishing. Not only do they make everything brand new, they return your car better than it was before any damage. Everyone in the office is so nice and they treat you like family. They take care of you from start to finish- from safetly getting the car towed from any location and getting the car rental back to Enterprise for you. The owner Dean personally called me and ensured that everything will be taken care of. I don’t live anywhere near the business but I always continue going back because they are the absolute best and can be trusted. Thank you!

Masters collision took care of me when i got in my car accident and when i got my car back it was looking BRAND new. They got the work done in a timely fashion and i had a great experience working with everyone over there especially Michelle she was amazing and helpful the whole process. I definitely recommend this shop, they’re great people who do great work in an amazingly timely fashion.
