The customer service provided was outstanding. They walked me through the initial steps to the pick up if the car. All the contact with the adjuster and the insurance company was handled by them. I didn’t have to concern myself with any aspect of the repair. I just dropped the car off into their capable hands and picked it up when it was finished.

Would like to thank Bryan for a great piece of work. I am very satisfied. Will get the outstanding issue checked again during my car service miles of 54,080. Lastly, noticed an issue with my door on the DRIVER-SIDE where the seam inside the door hand grip has been ruptured/torrent. Henceforth, other than that I am very happy!!!! My son got into an accident fortunately no injuries I had the car towed to Masters the tow truck driver was there in under 20 minutes and he was a gentleman, because I am a car guy and I am particular with my vehicles and my Classic Cars as well So I can honestly and knowledgeably say the quality of workmanship is outstanding I have recommended them to people I know in the past with the same results , I am a repeat customer as well. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is also a nice plus, so if you find yourself in a position that you need repairs go to MASTERS AUTO COLLISION
