Car dropped off on Dec 12 with the understanding it will be ready for pickup on Jan 2. On Jan 2 nothing is done, parts ordered but no parts are delivered or ready. From Jan 2, I have called everyday to follow up. Not a single call or update from Matchless (except today on Jan 21 I got a call, more about this later). Parts were delivered on Monday Jan 12. I was told it will take 3/4 days to get car ready. Then I was told more time, more time, more time is needed repeatedly. Today is Jan 21. I was told 100% it will be ready today, and now they are waiting on some molding to be delivered. Just horrible experience and completely disappointed. Never going back or recommending to anyone to go here.

Anthony in the office was pleasant and efficient. The job was done absolutely beautifully. My car is a lovely bright red and that’s how the rear back lower panel looked after you fixed it. Great job!! I would highly recommend your establishment to my friends and neighbors! Cheers!!

I felt the staff did not provide realistic estimates of completion and could have been more honest about when the car would be done. As it dragged on two and a half weeks after the expected timeline, they would say Monday, maybe Tuesday. Tuesday they said by the end of the day. Wednesday, they said my service person was gone for the holiday. After much pushback from me, they got it done Wednesday. Just be truthful and don’t lead people on. So weak to lie and evade. No one ever called me with an update. I had to repeatedly call.
