I'd give you a 10, but the windshield wiper mechanism was broken in the accident and was not repaired until I brought it a 2nd time. Seems like something simple like that should be caught the first time.

First of all very employees are very friendly and keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle. The quality of the work was great and every member of your staff was friendly and professional. The status reporting was the one aspect of the service that was disappointing. Soon after dropping off the car, I received a text stating that I would be receiving status updates. That never happened. The lack of updates would not have been a problem had the car been ready when promised, but it wasn't. I didn't learn that the car wasn't going to be ready until I called about two hours before I was expecting to pick up the car. Resolve the issues with the status updates and your service will be perfect.
