The guys are great. Parts to repair my daughter’s car were apparently hard to get, so getting her car back was delayed. Lastly, it seems the front license plate that I left in the car when we dropped it off for repair has been lost. I called to ask if they still had it and was told they needed to look for it. It has been a few days and I haven’t heard back.

Everyone was welcoming and professional, examined the damage and provided me with an estimate. What was also helpful was that Matchless was on the preferred list with my insurance. I lowered my rating to 8 because of an incident after the damage was fixed. I received my car and was happy with the work but later discovered a trim piece left in the back by the tailgate. I returned to the body shop and again the people in the office were helpful and apologetic and did research on the computer locating where the piece was supposed to fit. He then called the person who had worked on the car, supposedly a head auto body technician, to install the part. That person had such a terrible attitude, as if correcting his own mistake was an imposition. Needless to say he left a very negative impression on me as well as the matchless employee helping me.
