Issues with communcation with updates were my main problem. Also after pick up I was left with tail light covers in my back seat which weren't put back on for some reason. I wasn't aware of it until my niece mentioned it.

Concerning the estimated time for completion I’d give a five. I was told the repairs would be completed earlier. Based on that I scheduled some repairs to my travel trailer and I had to change it twice. I needed to transport the trailer. So I was a bit peeved about that. BUT the repairs were excellent and the truck came back looking great inside and out. For that I give you a 10+
