From the moment we entered the front door, we were greeted warmly with smiles from the ladies at the front desk. Then we met Landon who gave us the estimate. He is great. He was nice, He was all business but still had a sense of humor. Landon listened to me, heard all my questions and concerns and was very thorough and explained everything. Adilene was also very nice and kept us updated through the whole process. The amount of time it took to repair our car was actually moved out a week or two, BUT even though my wife was anxious, I knew you were busy and was actually GLAD knowing you were more concerned with doing a good job and getting it right. And getting it right is what you did. Our Terrain looks AWESOME! My wife is VERY happy. Our car looks like new! When we came to pick it up, we met Ryan. Ryan was awesome. He was all business, yet nice, took time to talk with us. He even polished out the older passenger headlight. Then we briefly met Shawn, who also greeted us with a smile. Not just a smile, but a genuine smile. We had the BEST experience with Mathew’s Auto body. I did not think there were any businesses that actually operated like this anymore. I am so impressed that I actually took the time to write this long winded note. Thank you again Mathew’s Auto body.
