I felt I had to reach out too many times for updates. Originally I was quoted 1-1/2 to 2 weeks. I have learned that it can take longer. But that didn't get relayed very well.

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. My only comment would be that it did take longer than I expected, based on previous experience with body repairs. Otherwise the work done exceeded my expectations and the staff was all very helpful and courteous.
