Recently my escalade needed to have a dent removed. This is the second time I have had damage repaired at Mathews auto body. I was kept informed every step of the repair process. The work is of high quality at Mathews and the quote, competitive and was just about what I expected. What I didn't expect, was the friendly and professional atmosphere at Mathews. I was treated like I'm there most important customer and that they love my car as much as I do.

The replacement parts are not oem void the warranty and are clear and visibly different. Mis alignment and clear as day different parts

My inside door panel is still has the stress crease on the inside where the car punched through the door. The door it's self does not match and alignment is out in at least 22 different axles. The mirror is worped and distorted around the edges. This is a 2022 4runner with under 4 k miles and this work is second rate at best. To boot the door isn't painted correctly and inside the hinge is still factory painted....and the gap on the hood fender is clearly different size than the driver side...

But what is the point of friendly service. I came for "the best repair InTown" . It feels like a bad car sales lot . Great dresser,shiny showroom,...where's the best repair.

Hello want to thank you guys for your service you guys kept me up-to-date as the process went on on my vehicle and got my vehicle within a reasonable time Frame overall very satisfied but I’ve noticed a couple details on my car the day that I picked it up and was hesitant to bring it up to you guys about it but they are very noticeable and I would like in the future to be taken care of wish there was a way I can upload the photos I took the day that I picked up the car it seems like I would have to stop by and make an appointment with you guys to point these things out Driver side passenger door three little lines look underneath the paint and my steering wheel from underneath was scratched still with the scuff mark of a white substance I took photographs of all of this the day that I picked up the The Volkswagen atlas they are very minor details but they are noticeable
