They are absolutely the best. I received the call that nobody wants to receive, my wife was rear ended. Thankfully she was ok, but we were both extremely frustrated by the situation. Once we got to Matick, all frustrations/anxietes were taken away. The team, led by Faith, were absolute rockstars and made this as easy as it could be. I will recommend Matick 100% of the time!

The manager was very rude to me when I called to inform him that my mud flap was dangling on my car. Today I discovered my rear lights are not tight to my satisfaction. I believe they should be a Lil tighter, I don't want water damage to my electrical system by water seeping in around the rear lights. Being that I am banned from matick facilities now, because I had a bad experience, is Ludacris. I will let GM know how I think the quality was once they return my correspondence.
