A dear hit me just a few weeks before I was planning to leave on a 2 week road trip. The people art Maurice & Son told me they probably wouldn't be able to get to car for 2 months. I had to use a rental for a while & was expecting I may have to take the rental on my road trip... which I really didn't want to do. So I was elated when I got a call from them within about 2 weeks that they had finished my car! So, so, so, happy that they got my car in & done in time for me to take it on my trip & not have to worry about using a rental! Also, every single person, male & female, that I spoke to, over the phone & in person, was kind, personable, respectful, jovial, and just generally easy to work with & understand. They did their best to explain things when I had questions. They totally understood that my mind was a bit overwhelmed & frazzled, & I didn't feel judged at all. They communicated very clearly. Oh, also, their office/lobby area was very clean & inviting, with couches, tv, & a coffee center. I felt very comfortable every time I was there. Thank you all so much! You did a great job! Maurice's was timely in meeting the repair time frame they gave me. When I picked up my car I was especially surprised to see that they washed, vacuumed and wiped down the dash.

Dustin was great to work with. He kept me updated throughout the process and the repair was finished much quicker than expected. The car was extremely clean when it was returned to us (washed and buffed) and I would highly recommend Maurice & Son Auto Body.
