The work is amazing! You would never know there was a collision. The car was so clean when we got it back! The process was effortless from start to finish. Hope we never need them again, but would certainly use them again!

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I have never filed a claim in my life and I’m 72 years old. They helped and walked me through every part of it getting the rental car was easy it was right there and I didn’t have to return it all these little things are so helpful to people more than you could ever imagine. Thank you.

The repairs were highly professional. My only suggestion is to get rid of the automated texts because they are not accurate. It was frustrating because one day it was almost ready and the next, it was weeks out

They used one aftermarket part and it doesn't line up right with the other side.

I was told by text my vehicle was ready and I could pick it up on the 14th by 4pm. I came home from vacation on the 13th and called on the 14th to make sure I was all set. I was told at that time that they didn't even start the work. I missed a day of work because I couldn't get a rental car until 2 pm the 15th so I had to use my last PTO time. I complained to the Manager but he basically said "sorry we don't send out those text" This is poor business practice I have used Maurice and Son's in the past but was very disappointed with the service this time. I will be letting my insurance company they should be more careful in the future when recommending Maurices.
