Car was returned to me incomplete. Some items were checked as functional, but they aren’t. Forcing me to bring it back for further work to be done.

Shop had my car for a total of 6 weeks. In the beginning I received phone calls with status updates and explanation on delays. About 3 weeks into the repair I had to call for updates and explanations when completion date was pushed back over and over again.
